The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean BBQ thoroughly. Scrape all remnants of food. Dump grease trap in woods Close BBQ and protect with cover Close umbrella Failure to clean the BBQ results in immediate $100 additional cleaning fee
Place all garbage bags inside cans in garage. Please no loose bags and especially no dog poop!! Close but DO NOT lock the garage. Our garbage pickup team needs to get in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house, great location, everything is included. Kitchen had the greatest baking pan I ever used in my life. Pool was awesome, backyard was huge. Lots of activities nearby. Host was super responsive.

Perfect spot during our family reunion with relatives living nearby!! Great for kids - the pool was a huge hit! The outdoor deck and patio offered tons of space and where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. Had every meal on the outdoor patio table that fit 8 comfortably! Host was very responsive leading up to our arrival. Loved the book collection - especially if one loves Art, Design, Fonts and of course New York!!

Loved our stay in Lakeville!The property was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. The location was right in center of Lakeville and walkable to restaurants and town beach. Walking trails were at the end of the street and a quick drive to bike trails in Millerton.We’d be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to others.
