This sunny, newly remodeled home on a quiet street is the perfect setting for your vacation, dinner party, 'staycation', or as an adventure base-camp. We kindly ask you not to host events at our home.

Our North Central Boulder property boasts easy access to mountains and Pearl Street. With a well appointed kitchen, yard, and all the amenities you need, our pristinely kept home will undoubtedly be a fantastic residence for your stay.

You'll find the property to be situated with lush landscaping, on a quiet street and close to everything Boulder has to offer. Gardens and ample seating invite you to enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, you'll find 4 "half-floors", with bedrooms on each, guaranteeing privacy and spaciousness for all who stay. All bedrooms have bright windows and plenty of storage for the short or long-term tenant. The well appointed master suite comes with a generously sized bathroom, bright morning light (and blackening shades for when you want to sleep in). Views of the mountains and big sky come in from every angle.

The open living room/kitchen/dining "great room" is furnished with ample cozy seating, a fire-place and plenty of bright, natural light.

We love art, cooking, and entertaining ~ and the house is set up for you to enjoy all of these activities with ease and joy! Maybe you'll find a new favorite recipe, spice blend, or fall in love with a book on the couch! We hope so!

House is appointed with luxury linens and plenty of nourishing teas, body washes, bath soaps, and plants.

Great owners

It’s always easy to give a great review when everything goes perfect, but I think truly when there are hiccups you get to figure out who great owners are. We loved our stay- super cute house, comfy beds, great backyard with toys and a hot tub. Perfect for a family. Also, shout out to the great foodie kitchen and spices! Now- the hiccup… it was mid 90s in Boulder when we stayed. It was hot and hotter and then the AC broke, which in 90 degree days is not awesome. The owners and their maintenance guy were great. They tried their hardest to fix it, but you know what, it couldn’t be fixed and that’s life. Multiple people tried within 12 hrs of it breaking. The owners couldn’t have been more apologetic and easy to work with. I would stay again 100%. The owners are A+

Nice family home.

We had a nice experience but I think the house is overpriced and over marketed. There really are 3 bedrooms plus 2 office/dens — not 4 full bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms were all very nice. The location is walkable to Pearl Street but it’s 1.5 miles. Otherwise the neighborhood is okay — seems like it’s under transformation…some older homes not so well kept and some newly developed homes that are better kept. The owner/host was great. Very responsive and attentive. Overall positive just not a 5.

Great Home Base for Boulder

Wonderfully clean, updated, plenty of space, nice backyard seating area, super quiet neighborhood, and clear / timely communications with the property owner. We had a great experience -- everything worked as planned. Short Drive to Pearl Street and other shopping and dining. Neighborhood is a mix of dated and remodeled homes.

This was the perfect place for our family of grown up children and their partners!

A perfect combination of big, open, common space, with staggered private spaces for each couple! Plenty of full bathrooms, so everyone could get ready for each of our family gatherings around Boulder! Quiet neighborhood, with a friendly rabbit who visited the backyard each morning and evening. Finally, the location was far enough out of Boulder to allow breathing space and calm. Yet, close enough to Downtown Boulder for us to shop, dine, and stroll Pearl Street. A perfect home away from home!

Hotel-like home

We had such a wonderful experience - including our stay in Erin’s home - in Boulder. Erin’s home is not only beautiful and comfortable, but it’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to Pearl St., Chattaqua Park and other activities. Erin was a conscientious host who quickly responded to inquiries, and left us a list of suggested restaurants and spots to visit in Boulder. The home was comfortable and fully equipped for a fun vacation - kids enjoyed the trampoline while she relaxed to music 😉. Will definitely be returning for a visit when possible.
