Walk everywhere from this comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the heart of Boulder, three blocks off Pearl Street and 10 minutes to Folsom Field. The historic home offers a primary main floor bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large clawfoot tub and shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The home also boasts a spacious, well-appointed kitchen featuring a center island with stools, as well as a dining table seating six. Flatiron views abound from the home's south-facing rooms. Both the front and back yards are fenced for privacy and feature great spaces for relaxation. An air mattress is available upon request to accomodate up to two additional guests for a maximum occupancy of 8.
