The historic home offers a primary main floor bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large clawfoot tub and shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The home also boasts a spacious, well-appointed kitchen featuring a center island with stools, as well as a dining table seating six. Flatiron views abound from the home's south-facing rooms. Both the front and back yards are fenced for privacy and feature great spaces for relaxation. An air mattress is available upon request to accomodate up to two additional guests for a maximum occupancy of 8.

We had the absolute best stay and so enjoyed the proximity to Pearl Street and the river! The house was clean, quiet, and well appointed with everything we needed, and it was wonderful to retreat to the air-conditioning and comfy living room after being out all day. We would definitely return to this Boulder gem the next time we are in the area.
