This spacious, beautiful, and well-decorated home is conveniently located at the end of a quiet residential street abutting 8 acres of conservation land. The house is fully furnished & equipped, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The main living area consists of a bright and airy open-concept space with cathedral ceiling, multiple skylights, central AC plus a ceiling fan. There is also radiant heat throughout the house and a fireplace in the living room.
The state-of-the-art, fully appointed kitchen has a large island, granite countertops and Jenn-Air stainless appliances. Home is tastefully decorated throughout with a mix of antique and modern furnishings as well as oriental rugs and original artwork.
The master bedroom suite has a king bed, sliding doors that open to a private deck and an ensuite bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath, while the third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bath adjacent to it.
The lower level has a TV sitting area with sectional sofa. There is also a fourth full bath with shower and washer/dryer.
The exterior includes a large wrap-around deck in back which is ideal for dining or entertaining. Off the master bedroom suite is a private deck with sitting area and outside the lower level is a patio area with additional seating. There is also an outdoor shower and professionally landscaped gardens.
This ideal vacation home is well equipped with lots of books, games, a foosball table, wifi and 3 televisions with cable. It is perfectly located only a 5-10 minute drive to the towns of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs or Edgartown where you will find great shops and galleries, movies, theaters, and many wonderful restaurants. Also within a short drive are spectacular beaches, charter fishing, windsurfing, golf, tennis and so much more to make for a perfect Vineyard vacation any time of year.

-Our cleaning fee covers post-stay cleaning for bookings of 2 weeks or less. Bookings of longer than 2 weeks will require mid-stay cleanings every 10-14 days.
-House is best suited to groups of 5 or fewer adults plus kids since smallest bedroom has a bunk bed and we prefer not to have adults sleep in the upper bunk.
