Probably one of our best VRBO experiences. Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for our needs while a family member was in the hospital. The host was very kind and gracious when we needed to extend our trip. Anytime we need to stay in ABQ I will book here.
I stayed for one week. The house has been upgraded and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows.Lots of TV's but all programming via streaming. Limited channels available. The kitchen was missing some essentials. No tin opener, no bottle opener, pod coffee only, no toaster. Stove and oven are both gas.A box of tissues would have been nice. The owner was available and responsive via VRBO to answer questions.Self check-in and out worked well.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, especially as I’m still in my first year of hosting. Since your stay, I’ve added additional kitchen essentials to better accommodate future guests. Your input was helpful in identifying those gaps, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to improve.
The property is recently renovated with new appliances and smart TVs with pretty much any app you could want. We did not spend a lot of time hanging out at the property, as we rented it primarily to spend time with friends and family in Albuquerque at other locations. The location is great- right next to the North Campus golf course, which is an excellent place for walking or jogging, and it is also close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants. It is a very safe neighborhood and adjoins the medical and law school campuses. I had teens staying with me, and it was fine for them, but I am not sure how great it would be for a small child who wants to mess with and climb on everything. The owner of the property was very responsive to every issue we had (locked ourselves out and a fuse blew in the kitchen). One small detail is that there is a very bright streetlight outside the house, so I recommend bringing an eye covering to sleep with (which I do when traveling anyway). Very quiet and private.
