Enjoy all that the Winter Park, Fraser Valley has to offer and make wonderful memories. Whether it is spring, summer, fall, or winter, there are plenty of fun activities and beauty to inspire and energize you! Relax with a freshly made cappuccino or latte on our decks with views of the surrounding mountains including Byers Peak and the Winter Park, Mary Jane ski areas. You can also relax by the gas log fireplace or in the hot-tub on the heated deck. With cable High Speed Wireless Internet its perfect for the family getaway or small business meetings, ideal for those that just can't get by without access to the comforts of home including High Speed Internet and Cable TV.

Situated 75 miles from Denver and just five miles from the base of Winter Park ski area, our home is located at the top of the ridge overlooking the Fraser Valley. Our main floor has a bathroom, bedroom with queen bunk-beds, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, open dining and living room with gas fireplace, and step outside onto the 300 square foot+ covered deck, complete with gas grill and hot-tub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with four single beds, bathroom, as well as master bedroom with a log queen bed, luxurious Sleep Number dual control pillow-top mattress, and direct access to the upper smaller observation deck to take in the beautiful views. All beds have memory foam toppers to ensure a good nights sleep in your home away from home.

The owner communicated quickly when we had questions. The cabin itself had an incredible view and everything you could possibly need and then some...like an espresso maker filled with beans. It is cozy and warm and accomodated the 6 of us very comfortably. The hot tub was very spacious and relaxing and great after skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing. Perfect view and location!

We had a great experience at the cabin. It is cozy and the perfect size for our family of 6. It is conveniently located to all of our favorite activities - RMNP, white water rafting and Winter Park activities. The spa on the deck has an amazing view of the valley and surrounding peaks. We'd like you to be able to arrive and feel like this is your home away from home. All linens and Towels are supplied, even condiments etc are already in the fridge and cupboards. Just arrive with your clothes and groceries are readily available at the Safeway store conveniently located less than half a mile away from your door. You'll typically find a welcoming cold beer or wine in the fridge. We operate on the honor system, ask you to enjoy the items whilst you are there and to replace what you have used prior to leaving. Please come and enjoy the hospitality.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy relaxing on the deck with the breathtaking views of Byers Peak, the Winter Park Ski area and the Fraser Valley below. A great get-away Mountain Home with easy access to the ski resort on the free bus route just a short walk from the door. We enjoy all that the area offers, from world class skiing in the winter to mountain biking, hiking and golf in the summer, all minutes from the door.
