INTERIOR

Step inside and the great room immediately sets the tone with its relaxed mid-century character. A low-profile sofa and two side chairs gather around the fireplace, creating a comfortable hub for conversation and downtime. The openness of the floor plan allows the living, dining, and kitchen areas to connect naturally, making the space feel effortless to move through. The dining area offers a clean, modern setting for shared meals, while the kitchen blends functionality with streamlined design, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and crisp cabinetry. Sliding glass doors bring the pool deck into view, keeping the outdoors visually present and filling the home with natural light throughout the day. The main level includes the great room with its fireplace and seating area, the dining space for six, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and generous workspace, direct pool access through sliding doors, a laundry area, and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a sofa for added lounging space, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, along with direct access to the pool deck. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with closet storage and shares a hallway bathroom with the third bedroom, which also features a queen bed and closet storage.



EXTERIOR

The outdoor living area is designed for long days in the sun and comfortable evenings under open desert skies. The pool extends across the yard with mountain views as its backdrop, while the spa serves as a warm retreat for stargazing. Two outdoor dining tables offer inviting spaces for leisurely meals, and the firepit adds a cozy element for cooler nights. Chaise loungers line the patio for easy relaxation, and shaded sections of the yard provide relief during the midday heat. The enclosed yard offers privacy and a sense of retreat, with a gas grill ready for casual outdoor cooking.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
