Both bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. master bedroom has a king size bed ith the guest bedroom having 1 queen and 1 single bed. with great views of the ocean and Jax Bch pier. In the heart of down town Jax beach. Steps to great restaurants, bars and the downtown pavilion that hold the festivals and events. Comes with one parking spot in the drive way and public parking across the street. Everything you will need is at this location. Full cooking equipment and please ask ahead of time for event information and any beach rentals bikes,chairs,surfboards etc
