This is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo located on The Omni Plantation on Amelia Island! The ground-floor entry allows access into the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and you'll love the open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms are upstairs, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, another king in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. Brand new carpet was installed in the bedrooms in September 2022. Come enjoy this beautiful villa that overlooks the marsh.

Very spacious

Wedding Weekend

We were here for a long weekend for a wedding and it was the perfect place for 3 couples. Every couple had their own bathroom, which was great and the home was very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved having a bathroom in each bedroom and a half bath downstairs. The kitchen and dining area was big enough for the 6 of us and was well stocked. The location to the beach and pool was great! The unit was clean except for stains on the carpet. We would stay here again!

Awesome views, Quiet and Private

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It is lovely and highly functional. Very thoughtful consideration was given to flow and the appointments. The kitchen is the best stocked and equipped we have experienced. Our family is all ready requesting to come back and stay here again!

Beach Vacation Well Worth It

This property was just what our family needed. The location is close enough to everything on the property, within a short 7-10 minute walk of the restaurants and only a few steps away from the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, and all that the beach provides there. The property itself was well maintained, and clean. Bedrooms are good size, and the private bath with each bedroom is a huge plus. We will definitely be back here in the future.

Perfect fit

We are 3 over 70 friends who loved the spotless, comfortable, bright, quiet spot. Gave us plenty of time to catch up and reminice. Only addition we can think of is a map of the property as we got lost a few times.

Kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. All high end appliances. Could use a new set of pans. I find this is the case in all the places I stay so I always bring my own 2 pans. Otherwise everything we needed was readily available.Spacious bedrooms and comfy mattresses. Bath in each bedroom a real plus. We had a few minor hiccups but they were addressed, although one person had to stay back to wait for someone to arrive. Short walk to private beach.

Great for Families

This unit has a lot of space & a great layout for families (2 “master” bedrooms is a plus). The view from the room is beautiful. The only setback was that the freezer/fridge went out during our stay. The management team did a good job communicating with us, although they did make one visit to the unit with maintenance & didn’t tell us they were in the unit. (Nothing happened, it’s just nice to know when someone has entered the property in your absence.) The unit probably won’t win any awards for interior decorating, but there was lots of seating and the beds slept well. Overall, we would recommend this property!

Very comfortable accommodations for our girls trip with a sunroom for reading in the morning and spacious living area for talking at night. The pools needed attention with cleaning, and because you are on a plantation the trees blocked 90% of the chance for getting any sun. It would have been nice to know about the chair rental companies prior to our arrival. By the time we checked in and called for beach chair reservations, everyone was booked up for our trip.

Winter getaway.

This is a beautifully appointed and comfortable home. Although the kitchen appliances are high end this is not a cook's kitchen. There is no exhaust for the cooktop, and please update the cookware. This may not bother other people on vacation, but I enjoy cooking and because of Covid had planned to cook our meals. The property backs up to a golf course, which is currently under construction. Workers are out there at 7am. This is not a property with a beach view, although advertised as such. I would not let all the above dissuade you from renting this property, we enjoyed our stay here. The beach is easily accessible and wonderful. Amelia island is a treasure and we look forward to returning, but not soon enough!

Lots of room, great location

We enjoyed the location and accomodations overall. We noticed a problem with the freezer, so re-set the temperature, however, the problem did not resolve so we lost about $50 of frozen foods. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, which was previously managed with a dishtowel. We cleaned out the under-sink area, and determined a steady pipe leak, by putting a plastic collection bowl in there. We didn't know how bad it was until late in our stay, but I think we saved the kitchen floor! When we arrived, the place was clearly not well-cleaned, but we contacted the management and they immediately sent someone to remedy the situation. All these mishaps were superceded by the excellent location.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this specific property, which has obviously been updated and is very contemporary and relatively well appointed. Some of the kitchenware had not been cleaned properly, yet was placed back in its location nonetheless. Office staff was at the same time attentive and borderline disinterested depending on who I talked with over the phone. It is readily apparent to me, having vacationed at AIP for 20 years now, that the overall vibe has changed since the Omni hotel takeover and it's much less communal than it once was, with some property owners openly hostile / belligerent to vacationers for having the audacity to trespass on their property even though there is/was no intent to do so. Can't say that we'll continue to vacation on AIP as a result.
