~1300 Sq Ft 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cozy beach cottage, space for reconnecting with loved ones, playing games, cooking a meal, or enjoying the back deck while grilling. This oceanside property is a very short 2-minute walk to the beach and .6 miles to the public boat ramp and a short driving distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities (kayaking, boating, hiking trails). Situated in a semi-private neighborhood with very light traffic.

Home Amenities: Huge screened porch off the back of the home with a dining table and additional seating for relaxing in the shade. Enclosed outside shower under the carport for rinsing off sandy feet, beach equipment, or to cool off after an afternoon at the beach with the family. Gas grill just off the screened porch so that you can cook family meals with an ocean view.

Outdoor Amenities: A guest storage closet is located under the carport, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two bikes, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and a beach cart for carrying your beach items.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with a toaster oven, dishware, flatware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, baking pans, and coffee maker.

General: A/C & heating, Full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen, WiFi, linens and towels, fresh duvet covers, and beds made before arrival. Starter pack of toiletries (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, dishwasher soap and hand soap.

Parking: Onsite parking, enough for 5 cars. 2 cars under the carport and two just behind that. A small parking pad with rock at the end of the driveway could be used for a boat trailer 32x11 space.
