The immaculate Curb Appeal is just the beginning. The single level home features a great open floor plan 2,100 sq ft, four bedrooms, three bathrooms on private entertaining backyard.

We pride ourselves on creating space for memorable family vacations. It is safe and suitable for children or infants. The maximum occupancy limit is 10 guests, including adults and children. We provide one (1) Playpen for infants. Therefore, The maximum number of infants is 2.

This home is centrally located with excellent access to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Downtown Orange, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, shopping, dining as well as Old Towne Orange, one of the most charming historic downtown areas in Southern California. Great architecture, great location, great community - come and experience the attributes of midcentury modern living in the celebrated city of Orange. Additionally, quick access to freeway 55, 5, 22… and beaches are just miles away! Don’t miss out on this special place! A great house, a great neighborhood, and is a great place to be with families and friends!

GUEST ACCESS: Self check-in with keypad anytime after 3 PM-10PM. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. It is very private, home backs up to a school.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We will ensure that you will have the best vacation is possible, so don't hesitate to get in touch about anything! Restaurant recommendations, reservations, shopping, beach suggestions or anything for the house, please let us know.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Trash day is Wednesday. If you stay during that day, for privacy, please take the garbages/recycling bins to curb on Tuesday night and bring them back in the next day, Wednesday night. Thank you!

* Street Sweeping day is Thursday, so be sure to park in the driveway so you don't get a ticket.

* For your safety, there are cameras in front of the house, the backyard and inside the garage.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
* Overview: This is a very safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood! Please help us respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 PM. NO outside activities between 10PM - 8AM

This place is beautiful. Best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental, fully ready for real meals. Great laundry machines, just a great value. Our stay was absolutely perfect! There were so many “extras” that was truly appreciated. There was water bottles in the fridge, snacks galore and my favorite special touch were the balloons! We were in town for our grandson’s first birthday and there was a balloon bouquet next to the snacks. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. I loved sitting outside, watching the birds and sipping my coffee. The landscaping was beautiful. My son happened to take piano lessons and enjoyed playing music for the family. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would love to stay again.

This was a great place for our family group of 6 adults and three children (3,1&1/2 and 10 months). plenty of kids toys and equipment and a nice grassy fenced yard for kids to run and play in. The house--kitchen etc is well equipped and the owners, Mike and Le are easy to reach and very responsive. They provided unexpected treats and clearly take pride in the condition of the home.

Wonderful place for a family stay!!

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday week at this home and it was so nice. Great kitchen and good size rooms for everyone to have space. (very clean too!!) The hosts were very welcoming and easy to reach if needed. Loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree and poinsettia plants in the family room!! We would definitely come back again!!

Fantastic property for families with small children

place was absolutely perfect. We stayed with friends (4 adults, 4 kids under 7) and the house is perfectly set up for such a group. The living room includes toys, games, etc and is well set up for kids to play. Backyard was nice for kids to get some fresh air. And location of 15min to Disney was ideal. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, well stocked and all you could ask for to cook. Would 100% stay again!

Great home and host

My family and I stayed at this home for a week in a half for our California vacation. The home and beds were very comfy and spacious for my family of 6. There were many small details the host put into the home that made our stay great. From the stocked fridge, snacks, lots of dishes, pots/pans, towels, clean linens, and great communication prior and during our stay. It was a great experience staying in Mike and Le's home. My kids enjoyed the backyard, piano, and games! We would definitely stay here again.

This house is absolutely perfect for large groups. We were in town for a sports tournament and had 12 people staying at the house. It worked great! Each family had their own room with 2 queen beds each. The sleeping configuration is the best I have seen for this size house. Kitchen and great room were spacious. Perfect outdoor seating area as well. Great, safe location that is close to many colleges/universities and beaches. Owners are very responsive and easy to work with and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Family trip to Disneyland

I have stayed in several rental properties and this one (by far) is the best. It was very clean. Mike and Le thought of everything to make this feel like our home. Mike and Le replied quickly to my many questions and also suggested other venues for us to go to. The well stocked cupboards with dishes, condiments etc. was appreciated. There were snacks, fruit etc. waiting for us on the table. After a long flight and everyone being hungry the snacks/fruit were appreciated by all of us. . This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The 3 bathrooms were nice to have. The kitchen was large and no one felt like they were in each other's way. All the guests say the beds were comfortable. This house was located close to everything. We had rented a mini van but it didn't hold all of us so we used Uber as well. Disneyland, John Wayne airport, Medieval Times, Mini golf, Great Wolf Lodge (waterpark), were all close to the house.

Home is perfect! We had our family of 9 and plenty of space with no one feeling on top of each other. Arrived to find the house immaculate, cold water bottles, and additional snacks and food available for us to use. Felt like we had just checked into a luxury hotel. They thought of everything down to well-placed night lights. Backyard is great for corn hole & a relaxing outdoor meal. For power wheelchairs—front emtrance has a 3-4” step and 2-3” lip at front door. Back porch also has small rise out the door. We travel with a small ramp that worked perfectly. Rest of home is wide & spacious. Thank you for such a great experience!

We loved our stay!

When we stepped into our house, we were immediately happy that everything was better than advertised. The house was plenty big enough for us and our adult children and everything was beautiful, clean and in excellent working order. The neighborhood is peaceful and there was plenty of parking. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Orange County.

Orange County Family Get Together

Myself and my adult children recently stayed at Mike and Le’s place. Several of my siblings and their spouses joined us, for a total of 9 adults. The house was immaculate and spacious, and literally provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great, close to everything, and the property was nicely manicured. We used the yard/patio area quite a bit, and even played a little corn hole. Lots of laughs and great memories were made. Bringing the family to my brother, who lives in the area, was a tremendous gift to all of us. A very special time. Thank you, Le and Mike!

If I can give you 100 stars I would Mike and le home was even prettier in person then the photos. They had everything we could even think of in their home.
