POMPANO BEACH WATERFRONT WITH POOL–NO FIXED BRIDGES, CLOSE TO BEACH

Our Pompano Beach canal front home is located on the gated Harbor Village Island, and is set just two homes off of the Inter-Coastal Waterway with no fixed bridges to the Atlantic Ocean in less than 10 minutes. The home has been recently refreshed, including all new green tea cooling gel memory foam mattresses, as well as new sheets, towels, drapes and bedspreads. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a sunken shower, as well as French door access to the backyard from both the bedroom and the bathroom. The “suite” bedroom has a king bed and futon, with an ensuite kitchen and ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a separate private entrance through the bathroom. Two additional guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, share the hallway guest bathroom with tub and shower combination. Two cribs are also available onsite. The round sunken living room has three couches and a big screen TV with smart tv Capabilities. The well-stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and five barstools, together with the dining room table that seats six and has French door access to the backyard.
In the backyard, you’ll find the pool (heated for an additional charge), large seating area with a retractable awning, table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, grill, boat lift, and endless views of the intracoastal and sunsets. With optional boat rental for an additional charge, you can experience the best of Florida!!
From relaxing on the beach (just minutes away), to fine dining and terrific shopping, Pompano Beach has it all. Centrally located between Palm Beach and Miami, Pompano Beach is often called 'the Heart of the Gold Coast.' The city is known for its excellent boating and fishing, accentuated by an offshore living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers. Anglers and families flock to the 1,000-foot-long municipal fishing pier, beachside playgrounds, grills and picnic tables. Pompano Beach also maintains more than 50 local parks for sports enthusiasts or those who have a penchant for outdoor relaxation, as well as multiple nearby golf courses. Local attractions and shopping provide a myriad of entertainment options. Annual special events include a holiday boat parade in December, seafood festival in April, and fishing rodeo in May.
