About this property
Pine Point Beach house and cottage, 2 miles from OOB, 20 minutes to Portland.
For the month of May I am only hosting the house which has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, liv rm, din rm, solarium and deck. The cabin is a converted garage. The cabin has two rooms with one bath, one room has a full size bed,futon n chair. The 2nd room a table, chairs, small fridge, coffee maker, cot and deck.
It is 100 yards to the beach, two miles fr OOB, a minute walk to a convenience store and two restaurants (Clambake and New BBQ place) less then 20 minute drive to Portland.
