Very clean with lots of amenities.

The rental was very comfortable with amenities to cover your stay without having the expense of buying more to finish your stay. Beach accessories were very nice. Made our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is great for travelling around the big island. The Villas area is quiet and friendly and this particular villa is close to the pool, which is nice to walk over to. The home itself was clean, had beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels & flippers. It had all the amenities we needed for cooking. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the shaded patio. The host was wonderful! Excellent & quick communication. Mahalo!

Beautiful Townhouse and Location

Excellent--that's the best word to describe our experience at this townhouse at Colony Villas. The townhouse was super clean and well looked after, and it had all the conveniences we needed to have a carefree, very enjoyable stay. We look forward to going back!

Great location in Waikola

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped - the complex amenities (pool, barbecues, fitness facility) were well-maintained. Only a short walk to the Shops at Kings and Queens. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our two week vacation.
