Tippy Lake Retreat - Kayaks, Bonfires & Lake Views - Sleeps 12!
UNIQUE, SPACIOUS, and HAS IT ALL! Views and Sunsets of Lake Tippecanoe - All Sports Lake; second to none! Space to sleep a minimum of 12, 2 full baths with private w/c, walk-in showers, a gas fireplace, amazing 1940's Century boat island, lake access and pier use just steps away, pier space for personal watercraft or rental (additional fee), Boat rentals available, Kayaks, paddle boards, reverse osmosis water, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, fire pit, artificial grass area, and more!
The building is on a main road of Lake Tippecanoe. It resembles and old-time barn complete with a copper roof, green siding, and red doors. The Wave, is in the top half and occupies about 2500 feet. It is spacious! There is plenty of parking and space for your boat trailer if you bring your own. Just a short distance from the historical Tippy Dance Hall which can serve (for a small fee) as a boat launch.
Just a stone throw away is T24 and the lake front home of the hostess. Guest may use the pier space for lake access and swimming at leisure. Pier space is available at an additional cost.
All space except for the garage is available to guests.
