We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Tippy. The place is bigger than it looks on the pictures and is well equipped. We definitely would considering coming back!

We rented the property based on the pictures, especially the picture of the dock. I feel it was misleading because the property is not on the dock. It is a party barn. It is a fine party barn, and we enjoyed it, but I had hoped to be on the water. I should have done better due diligence.We were also disappointed by the bedding. While I don’t expect 1000-thread-count sheets, I did expect sheets and some level of cotton. The bunk beds were made up with a very unique zippered thing reminiscent of a sleeping bag. It had me worried about its cleanliness.We also wanted to grill. The grill is small and charcoal. There is no chimney, and there was basically no lighter fluid.
