Elegant Carlsbad condo in the Village By The Sea community, featuring 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds, plus 3 bathrooms. Ideally located just three blocks from the beach and within walking distance to dining, shops, and the Wednesday farmers market. The Carlsbad Train Station is one block away for easy access to downtown San Diego. Inside, enjoy a spacious layout with wood floors, a sunken living room, and a home office. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the private patio offers outdoor seating with a gas grill. Additional perks include WiFi, cable, a gas fireplace, a shared putting green, and beach essentials (chairs and umbrella). Streaming available with personal logins. One small dog (20 lbs max) is welcome.
