Located just a few minute walk to Metropolitan Market, the iconic Blue Mouse Theatre, Chalet Bowling Alley, Narrows Brewing with trivia nights with rotating food trucks and an array of one-of-a-kind local shops and eateries. Come experience the vibrant heart of walkable Proctor District right outside your door.
This luxurious 600-sq-ft home features high ceilings, is flooded with natural light and customizable top-down/bottom-up shades on all windows for your comfort. Enjoy a full bath, in-unit laundry, and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials plus a Keurig and tea kettle. A dedicated workstation and comfortable seating make working remotely a breeze.
Sleep soundly on a queen or twin 12-inch memory-foam mattress with high-thread-count 100% cotton sheets. Every piece of bedding, towel, and soft furnishing is freshly laundered after each guest. I personally handle all cleaning to ensure the space is pristine and feels like a curated boutique stay just for you.
A thoughtful selection of uniquely Pacific Northwest themed books, games, travel ideas and puzzles are for you to enjoy or curl up with a book from our diverse mini library. For a fun way to explore the neighborhood you can request the use of two electric bikes. I recommend a short 1.5 mile ride down to the beautiful Ruston waterfront!
