Return remote controls (for TV, fan, lights, portable AC), FOB, and office key in tray on kitchen counter. Turn off heater, lights, and lock doors.

So comfortable and convenient!

I work remotely for a company based in Tacoma and must make on-site visits once or twice a year. This visit was a particularly lengthy one, so I looked into VRBO instead of a hotel. To my surprise this cost less, and the location was perfect (less than a mile from the office). The house was sparkling clean and had everything I needed. Very, very comfortable memory foam mattresses - which I value because I have an arthritic back. The host was very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. The only "location" thing to be aware of (totally out of the host's control): a mixed-up rooster crowing in the late afternoons from an adjacent property. Slightly annoying, but way better than being awoken by him. Choose this house! It's really great!
