Our Gorgeous little 1950 Bungalow- in the Heart of Historic Downtown Franklin! We are located just half a mile from The Factory and 0.8 miles from downtown Franklin! Our walkable sidewalks and bike paths can take you there if you don't feel like driving and parking. We do have 2 bicycles available to ride, complimentary for our guests that stay at HH.
Our charming home just received an $85k Total Home Makeover- Inside and Out! We didn't spare a thing when updating our home. Smart locks, thermostat, fire alarms and security alarm. Brand New Windows, landscaping, paint, hardscape, exterior amenities and all in a very comfortable, cozy, mid-century modern kinda way!
Come relax inside this gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom gem, Just minutes from downtown Franklin’s charming shops, restaurants, and historic charm, this cozy home is also a short drive from Harlinsdale Farm, Cool Springs Galleria, local parks, supermarkets, and walking distance to the iconic Factory at Franklin. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right at your fingertips!

Offers 2 full-sized beds, perfect for littles or Big adult kids and extra guests. Also hosting the softest bamboo sheets, and lots of pillows to choose from for even our pickiest of sleepers!
Outside, the expansive front and back yards are your private oasis. In the front, take a swing under our nastalgic 75 year old tree, adding a playful touch to this idyllic retreat.
Through the back gate, take some time to relax & soak in the simple life... sit under the stars on our huge, locally sourced Tennessee river rock wall & firepit. Or sip a cocktail on our 20' covered patio, under market lights, grilling dinner with your loved ones. Or take some time for yourself and enjoy a good book while lounging on the patio sofa.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please feel free to leave your final days dishes in the sink all we ask is you to remove all the food and debris off of them before placing them in the sink for our cleaning team.
Gather and remove all trash from inside and outside of the house and place in the dumpster on the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our beautiful 1950 bungalow, nestled in the heart of historic downtown Franklin! We have lived in Franklin for almost 6 years, and we are so happy to offer our little slice of heaven to you and your families to enjoy staying every night while you are in this wonderful quaint town!
We still live local, so we are available for any needs that you may have while staying with us!

We're new to vacation rentals, but we're not new to home remodeling with lots of details! Bart is a contractor and owns his own home remodeling company, while Tiffany has a major passion for home design and a well trained eye!
We have spent 3 months and $80k in upgrades including massive exterior amenities added!
Our 15 foot, locally sourced, Tennessee river rock and fire pit accompanied by our dreamy market lit- covered side patio. We have table seating for 6, and a sofa + chairs for lounging. Perfect for grilling on the Traeger and family dinners! Everything is pristine and brand new, all designed for your ultimate enjoyment.
