A lovely 3,000+sf home in the Portland hills. Beautifully furnished living room and formal dining area with panoramic view. Island kitchen w/ large breakfast area. Huge master suite has his/her walk-in showers w/double Jacuzzi tub, marble vanity with double sinks. The large family room in the lower level has a couch, sofa, game table and large flatscreen TV w/ cable. Ideal location close to Downtown (7 min), Nike, Intel, and 2 min walk to bus stop. Close to Pittock Mansion, Zoo, Japanese Garden, Arboretum and loads of hiking trails Easy access to Oregon coast, Columbia Gorge, mountains, wine country and more.
The large back deck has tables, chairs, sun umbrella and is lined by landscaping for privacy. A gas fired BBQ is available for outdoor cooking. It's delightful to dine outside in the summer. There is an adjoining garden with patio table for sitting, reading or just enjoying warm weather.
