A perfect space for staying mid or long-term. The house is well equipped with everything you need for month long stays. Nice, open floor plan, comfortable living room furniture, classic style dining room with velvet chairs and the kitchen with new appliances. Upstairs are the master has a large walk in closet and a beautifully finished private bathroom. The other bedrooms are full of beautiful natural light. Equipped with a laundry room and attached garage. Small yard with low fence.

A perfect home for the small family get together. This two story home has a welcoming stairway that leads to a large front patio. When you enter the house you notice the open floor plan that leads through the cozy living room, to the classic style dining room and the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Upstairs are the master has a large walk in closet and a beautifully finished private bathroom. The other bedrooms allow for waking up to beautiful natural light. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Attached to the house is a two car garage for convenient parking.

Great rental for a family.

Great rental for a family. Located near Portland, Hillsboro, and Beaverton. Clean house and has a playground just down the block.

100% Satisfied Customer

The home was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful neighborhood. There are a number of local restaurant's, a grocery store and of course, a Starbuck's. The owner was a delight to interact with. All correspondences were addressed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay outside of downtown Portalnd. This will most definitely be my go to property of choice when I return.

the house was located in a nice newer neighbor. stores and shopping 10 to 20 minutes away.the house was clean but the kitchen needed new cook ware and utensils, vacuum cleaner needed a new filter, bedrooms needed small trash cans in them and working blinds in all bedrooms.
