• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property
• No pets
• No parties or events — our home is designed for gatherings, not large celebrations
• No unregistered guests
• Quiet hours from 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Please do not move furniture (additional fees may apply)
• Garage is reserved for owner use only
• Pathways between the garage, house, and dock are for golf carts only — passenger vehicles are not permitted
• Norris Crest community amenities (clubhouse, pool, hot tub) are for homeowners only and not available to guests

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions, including directions and access information, a few days before arrival.
• Due to the size of the home and the extensive cleaning required between stays, early check-in and late check-out are not permitted.
• Please plan travel accordingly to allow our team the necessary time to prepare the property for your arrival.
