Looking for a private quiet and cozy newly renovated one bedroom basement apartment. You'll have your own two car parking space in the back near your private entrance. The neighborhood is convenient to District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Private backyard with a furnished Gazebo, and private bistro are near your back door. You are in the middle of six metro stations or you can drive into the city. The neighborhood is quiet, and the landlord is the pillar of the community so you will be safe and respected. I have a EV charger for a electric vehicles in the front on the house. You will have very thought through amenities, and you will be so comfortable you will want to stay. The washer and dryer are in the basement and a alarm system for extra security with your own combination and a combination lock on your door. Kitchen is fully stocked with seasoning and bathroom with everything you need to get started.
