• Main Bedroom: Queen bed, newly remodeled private bathroom (shower/tub), and a private balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway.
• Second Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed, a trundle, and a twin bed sleeping nook. Features a newly remodeled bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with a swing.
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa and a Roku TV for extra sleeping space and entertainment.

• Fully-Stocked Kitchen: Full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, and kid-friendly plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs.
Ensure firepit is turned off fully.
Set AC to 78 or heat to 68.
Trash Day:
Trash is picked up Tuesday morning. The cans must be set out on Monday or prior to your departure.
Other:
Cover the firepit and put away all games in the shed prior to departure. In case of heavy rain, please cover outdoor furniture with chair covers and secure properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
