This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was amazing. The property itself was immaculate, great decor, modern, super clean, top notch furniture, beds, tvs, wifi, everything. The rooftop was amazing for grilling and sunsets. They literally had every kitchen amenity you could dream of. Check in process was easy and the host was very attentive. I know we will be staying at this property again in the future.

It was an incredibly well-appointed and beautiful VRBO. I am 78 years old and have stayed in more VRBO’s than I can count, and I have never been in one so well appointed in the kitchen, any you might need was there, in the garage, umbrellas beach chairs boogie boards, etc, in the bathrooms, all the toiletry needs plus premium toilet paper. The family loved it, and want to do it once a year now.

This is a first-class luxurious home with high end furnishings, and beautiful decor in every single area. Designed for comfort and entertaining through-out. Kitchen is one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed in and pots, pans, dishes, etc are plentiful. Views of the ocean from the 3rd floor rooftop and patio off living room are beautiful. Place was very clean in every area. Wonderful big garage, itself a luxury this near the ocean…Host was welcoming. We are 3 seniors, near and over 80 so stairs were daunting but worked with foresight to minimize ups & downs. Wonderful to have bathroom downstairs. Bathrooms with the bedrooms were luxurious and had “smart” features. The addition of a TV in the 2nd master suite would be enjoyable for large parties. (we only used the 2bedrooms with TVs). Despite the rainy 2026 entrance this was a fabulous place to stay. We ate out at close-by wonderful restaurants. Well worth the rental costs.

POSITIVES: Place is gorgeous! Super accommodating, very very clean, top notch details, kitchen was fully fully loaded. Coffee bar had it all. Bedding, was luxe. Furniture, great. Views, spectacular. Location was fantastic for walking to beach and close to dining. Overall, great. NEGATIVES: No king bed as listing states!!! This was a major issue for us because one of our family members is well over 6'4" and he does NOT fit on a queen bed so we intentionally find places that have at least 1 King bed. Only other negative... the train that runs about 1/2 block from property. Train runs ALL NIGHT about every 2 hours. Whistles blowing & loud. The listing should mention this so you can bring ear buds. You'll need them to sleep.

What an incredible stay! Everything you need for a beach vacation. Short walk to the beach even with kids. The beach was perfect. Felt super safe the entire time! Can’t recommend this property enough!

This property was a standout! It had everything you could possibly need. The property is bigger and better in person. We loved feeling taken care of immediately upon arrival. Beach is down the street and garage has everything you need for a beach day. Town is easy to get to as well. We enjoyed grilling on the rooftop and watching the sunset and waves. Thanks so much for having us! The property was beautiful!
