Guest access
Guests have access to the entire second floor unit with no shared spaces. There is another unit below that is separate.

Other things to note
Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do have ceiling fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Mission Beach.

Guests must climb stairs, as the unit is on the second floor.

Please be aware that the neighboring building is undergoing a construction project through spring 2025. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours.
