Welcome to Cape Palms Located in the desirable Two Palms subdivision on the south end of Cape San Blas, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers 1,800 sq ft of comfort with tile floors throughout—perfect for families and dogs (pet fee applies). Enjoy a private screened-in pool, spacious decks with Gulf and Bay views, and direct access to the Cape’s bike path. Layout Highlights:
Ground Level: Covered parking, landscaped yard, screened pool
First Level King suite with Jacuzzi tub and balcony, Bunk + queen room with private bath and deck access Second Level: Full kitchen, dining, living area with sleeper sofa, Gulf-view balcony Queen bedroom with private bath, full hall bath, washer/dryer Note: We do not rent to groups of guests under 25 years. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Dog-friendly: Max 2 dogs, $200 per dog non-refundable fee. Pool is not heated.
