Great stay!

Our family loved the space to spread out and relax after our days hiking in Zion. The home had everything we needed and great communication with Bryan. Would stay here again if we were back in the area.

Loved our stay while visiting Zion

Zion’s edge was perfect for our time visiting Zion! The house is so spacious - more than the photos show and it is well appointed. The kitchen had everything you need, the bathroom towels and toiletries provided were great, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is about 25 minutes from Zion and it was a lovely ride. It is also closely located to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

This rental was as promised...a nice family friendly home at the beginning of an awe inspiring area. Views were amazing, with lots of chances to enjoy a naturalistic vacation. Thanks to our host for also directing us to some local must sees.

Awesome place to stay

The property was clean and neat. The beds were big and comfortable. The house was very spacious. Everything you needed was in house. Great location if you plan to visit Zion National Park.

Comfortable and what a view!

We loved this from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Watching the sunrise over the mountains was a nice treat.

Easy Access

Close to St. George, Zion, even Las Vegas. Clean small town with no traffic issues and all amenities. Just needs a curtain in the master bath window.

Zion Retreat

Just as advertised. Actually told the owner our only regret was we didn't have time to just hang out and enjoy. Larger than it looks from the street. Plenty of room for the six of us. Well appointed in a safe neighborhood. Close to the park, which was our reason to be in the area.

Perfect place to rest between our adventures!

The house was clean, and had most everything needed to feel right at home. We cooked our dinners and everything was supplied to do the job! The beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. You really felt as though you were staying at home, and not just a motel. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone headed to the area. I have only one request for the future. Thanks again for supplying us a home for a memorable vacation!

Great location for Zion!

We only stayed two nights, but it was very convenient to St. George airport where we flew in and then did some shopping in Hurricane before arriving. Property is only 20 minutes to the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park (highly recommend) and not much longer to get to main entrance of Zion the following day. Check-in and out was a breeze with the lockbox. House seems bigger in person than on photos, so that was a bonus. More than enough room for our family of five. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and well-equipped! Thanks for sharing your home with us for the first leg of our Utah trip!

Bryan is a great host!

Great communication with host, he even came by to fix shower drainage problem! House has a good floor plan for our party of 10. Great detail for bathroom hall with many hooks for towels. Lots of kitchen and laundry supplies. We all thought beds were comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and nearby grocery store. Kettle leaked and grill was dirty and not pellet - it’s propane. Besides those tiny details, would still recommend and stay again. Thanks Bryan!

Gateway to Outdoor Adventures

Great stay in Southern Utah. Property was clean, spacious, and located within 20 minutes of Zion NP. Also within 2.5 hrs of Bryce Canyon, Glen Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, along with other outdoor adventure spots. Great communication with the host! Will be back!

Excellent stay and Host

Host is very kind and immediately responds. Wonderful experience and close to everything. Home is beautiful. Home provides everything that is needed to enjoy a nice stay. Including nice shampoo and conditioner. Very comfortable and fit four us is perfectly each with our own vehicles.

"The house is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There were a few minor disappointments, but Bryan immediately took care of them and apologized. The host is perfect, communicates well, responds quickly, and cares about your well-being. From the house, we went to Zion, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Wire Pass Trail. The location is well-situated."
