Our host responded quickly when we had questions or needed assistance. The house is beautiful and met all of our needs. The location was ideal. The weather was nice enough that we didn't need the garage, but not quite nice enough for us to enjoy the covered patio area -- but after all, it is December! The kitchen was fully equipped, bedding/pillows were very comfortable, towels very comfortable, and some extra touches to make a homey environment.

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in, in Knoxville. Pedro was so accommodating. He had water, sodas, coffee and even a few beers available when we arrived. The house is brand new with all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed. The backyard area was incredibly relaxing and a great place to hangout with friends. We have already booked this property again. Thanks Pedro!!

Beautiful home! The house was spotless! Do not hesitate to book this home. You will love! Accurate photos, comfortable amenities (couch, chairs, bedding linens). Thoughtful touches such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, some beverages (coffee pods, pop, water) and even microwave popcorn. This was a convenient location for our daughter’s graduation at the Tennessee Theatre. We wish the weather would’ve been a little nicer to sit and use the patio, but that was absolutely beautiful as well. The owners were available to answer my questions too. Easy check in and check out process.
