Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. The house was very nice, clean, well-maintained and allowed for us to have her own space as well as spread out with the lake access right out the back door.Quiet cove with friendly neighbors.

Love this property!! The water access is incredible on an accessible, swimable cove. The property had everything you could imagine. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, tube, fishing poles and the big lily pad. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on the screened in back porch was a highlight. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the property was great except for the pull out couch and communication with the host. The couch itself was fine, but the frame for the pull out bed was damaged so it was unusable. On top of that the sheets on the pull out bed were dirty and stained. I reached out to the host via text message and through the app, but they failed to respond in both cases.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was easy to contact and responded to questions quickly. It was nice to be able to bring our dog with us, the fenced back yard made it easy to be outside with her. Would love to come back in warmer weather!

Excellent Lake House

We attended a Graduation and needed a place for the family to relax and enjoy each other’s company and connect. It was exactly what I expected and the Host was exceptional! Perfect for family and friends to enjoy. The view was amazing too.

Spring Break ‘25

We all had the best time here! House was perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated, large enough for 2 families, beautiful views and all the fun you could want on the lake! Kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub overlooking the lake, we enjoyed it all! Communication was also excellent, had a question about the hot tub and had an answer within minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

I have rented several properties through verbo.This is the first time i've dealt with Avantstay. It's a super company to work with very accommodating customer service is great. The property itself was wonderful. They supply so many amenities that others don't even think about supplying, it's a great place, it's well worth the money spent. Lakeview is great. Property is clean and well taken care of and it's very friendly. I had an incident where unexpectedly.There was a third pet involved, and they accommodated me and didn't make a big fuss.Just had me pay for an extra pet. I would definitely consider renting from them again.
