Lovely home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! Our trip was for a Volleyball Nationals Tournament and this home was a peaceful place to stay away from the busy city of Orlando. It had all the comforts of home and was quiet, clean, and perfect! We loved it!

Fantastic place to stay

This location was really convenient to getting to and from the parks - no need to get on I-4! Ample space for all and lots of closet space to hold all of your laundry and things. Great communication with owner and management company. Pool was nice on a cool night as it was heated. Kids loved the theming. Thank you!

Nice house, nice area.

Nice house, and we liked the neighborhood. The house had everything you could need and the beds were comfortable. Good pool and the garage keeps the car cool. We would stay here again.

The host and the property management company were both wonderful to work with. They answered my questions right away. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was perfect for my husband and I. It is made for Disney lovers young and old. I will definitely look to stay here on our next vacation.

Disney Trip

Property is in a good location to Disney parks. The home had an old moldy smell inside. Pool was not heated to expectation. Upon arrival we found a door dash from 11/16/2024 at the front door and a half full garbage can limiting our access to dispose of trash. The home needs a ventilation update / clean.

Wonderful!!

We loved this home. We are already trying to set up a return trip. From the very comfortable bed to the pool, it was great. It is stocked with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you think you might need. And the icing on the cake, it is located right in the middle of everything. We never had to travel far to get to anything. It was wonderful. We will be coming back soon.

Family visit

We love that the house had a Disney theme throughout. The fenced yard was a plus. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after spending time at Disney. Chad was extremely helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Just What We Needed!

This was exactly what we needed for our trip to FL to enjoy our daughter’s all star cheer team and another team from their gym perform in the D2 Summit! It was kid friendly, clean, had all you need to feel at home away from home. Conveniently located- super close to groceries, restaurants, gas, and most importantly all of the Disney parks & resorts we needed to visit for cheer and fun! We plan on checking her first for future FL visits!

Convenient and Restful

We spent most of time at Disney World, and it was nice to come back to relax at this home. The pool was refreshing after long hot days, and on our down day the kids enjoyed it with us. Our children loved all the Disney theming, and my son was convinced that this was Mickeys house he let his friends stay in. All in all we loved how convenient it was to the parks, yet still quiet.

Great House in Orlando

Loved this home!!! Was just around the corner from our event and close to Universal, Disney, and shopping. I would highly recommend this property. Speedy internet connection so I was able to work every morning and play every afternoon. Lots of space and amenities!!!

Above and beyond our expectations

At first I wasn't excited about not staying at the park. However, I was so wrong. What a great idea to stay 5 minutes away. You get to spread out and relax more. It's also less expensive. I will always stay at this house when we return to Disney. The beds were incredible too! Soooo soft.

FL Getaway

So the manager of the home was nice and very responsive. We enjoyed our time and everything was close as listed. Our biggest issues were almost every blind in the house was missing 1 or more pieces so anyone could look in if they wanted. The back room attached to the kitchen that goes out to the pool would be super cool if it had blinds so the room wasn’t lit up at night for everyone to see inside. They definitely could add something in there to make it more private. The other thing that was uncomfortable was the gate to the house kept getting opened then we’d close it then it would happen again. There was one day we came back and grass was all in it and around the pool as if someone would have jumped in after cutting the grass or something. Again nice managers and location as far as close to everything but would I stay here again probably not.

We rented this home because it was very close to the parks and was perfect for our special needs daughter who is wheelchair bound. The House was very clean had everything we needed to cook and a washer and dryer to clean our clothes. We could park in the garage, This made it easy to transfer my daughter to and from the car. The location was wonderful. Walmart and CVS were minutes away. This made things very easy for us. The parks were also Minutes away as well. We really had nothing to complain about. The house was perfect for us. Towards the end of our trip my Daughter became very ill and we had to take her to the children's hospital. Long story short, We ended up missing our flight and Chad the owner was so kind to give us a couple extra days to make it home. We ended up finding a flight the next day but it was so refreshing having someone understanding our situation and taking care of us. THANK YOU CHAD!! We would definatly stay here again.

Nice vacation!

We had a nice vacation. We loved having a personal pool to swim in. Small lizards ran around in the yard and on the pool screening. They didn't bother us though, and my kids loved spotting them. The location was easy access to the parks and restaurants. We hit quite a bit of traffic near the interstate access, but we admit that we were visiting during high season. The home was perfect to bring pets and our dogs did fine. The house could use some maintenance...some mildew in the living room, the dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were a little older but still functioning, and the fence needed mending. But between the pool and fenced yard, our family was quite comfortable. When it rained, I loved the peaceful white noise on the roof of the theater room. My kids loved opening the closets to find Mike and Sully. There were plenty of towels available and the beds were comfortable. This is not a luxurious place to stay, but it is pet friendly, comfortable, safe, and convenient. Thank you for letting us use your home.

It could have been better.

This property essentially "has potential". Unfortunately, the area that falls flat is the property management company that runs the property maintenance. There were many issues we found. A major issue we had that sets this apart from other vrbo properties is that the property management company doesn't provide the basic necessities. Having one roll of toilet paper to use over the course of two weeks is clearly unacceptable. Basically, the property itself was barebones and it was stated that depending on the previous tenant to leave supplies such as laundry detergent and fabric softener is an absolute necessity. In addition, we contacted the property management company about missing slats in the vertical blinds the first day we arrived. For the full two weeks, the issue was not resolved at all. Based on previous experiences with other property management companies, this one seems to be unreliable. In addition, the electronic lock dies when we were coming home one night. This resulted in our dogs being distressed for nearly 15 minutes as we could not get to them and they knew someone was outside until we could get someone on the phone. Instead of fixing it, we were just given the key to a lockbox. An issue such as this should have been fixed the next day. Another thing that should be done is to actually provide renters with real access to the garage externally with a garage door opener. The excuse for this was that renters sometimes took the openers with them. However, I fail to see this as being an issue as a replacement can be ordered and the code to open the door can be reset. This could also have potentially prevented the issue for us to have gotten locked out of the house(as stated previously). In addition, the required AC setting for air conditioning at a minimum of 70 degrees is rather high for Florida. The unit itself was locked so you couldn't get it down to a lower 68 or 67 degrees which is a reasonable standard temperature. In addition, the indication that the renter would be responsible for paying for service should the AC unit freeze is also unacceptable. If the unit cannot handle 68 degrees, it should probably be replaced. I would honestly recommend that the owner look into using a better property management company as I feel their methods and what they provide to vacationers just isn't at the level for which you would expect for a vrbo property.

The property was located about 7 min from Disney Parks. You don’t need to take major highways to get to Disney. The house had a lot of little amenities including strollers (which I didn’t need but thought it was a great thing), beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was the perfect size for a family of 4. Check in was easy and owner easy to reach. I would definitely stay again!

A Cozy Stay

This property is close to the Disney parks, seaworld, various shopping, and about an hour's drive to Cocoa Beach. The owners have it decorated in a Disney theme, which is great for the kids. Our family enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood felt very safe. It offers laundry facilities and a garage. We would choose to stay here again if we take another trip to Orlando.
