Perfect location for the Spring Festival and walking to restaurants shops. Jonathan kept in touch with us throughou our stay assuring us of his assistance with anything we needed. Such a great host! The Parlour was esthetically appealing and just steps away from all the downtown restaurants and shops. It was the perfect spot for our ladies getaway. We were able to park at the house and walk to everywhere we needed. The property manager responded quickly to questions and ensured our stay was perfect. We did not utilize the pool but it was very nice and an added bonus to the property. If you are looking for a high end slumber party feel, I recommend the Parlour. If you need something a little bigger, there are bigger rentals on the property. I look forward to staying here in the future.

Great little studio apartment. Clean and well stocked with dishes etc. Beds very comfortable but regular twin size. If tall may not be as comfortable. Location is great to downtown and the beach. As advertised it is right next to the railroad tracks and train runs several times a night. Bring your ear plugs. Also lots of windows, great light during the day but also lots of street lights at night. If you like it dark at night bring your sleep mask. Price reasonable for the area.
