Whether you’re here for work, family, relocation, or a peaceful escape, this home was created to feel comfortable, intentional, and lived-in.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please close all doors surrounding the three-seasons room for air flow. Ensure all windows are closed and locked.
Take photo of key back in fake rock and hang all bedroom keys on kitchen hook and send in messages. Lock front door & return key to mantle; lock kitchen door & return key to fake rock.
Toss any food, beverage from fridge and take trash/recycling to garage trash bins. Toss all used towels (including kitchen) into first floor bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking on premises (in or outside). Any alcohol on premises is the responsibility of the renter (underage drinking is responsibility of renter).
NO PARTIES. This is a family community, please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud and outdoor music is prohibited.
DO NOT use the fireplace inside the home. ONLY for aesthetic purposes. NO PETS - if you have a service animal, please communicate prior to stay.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is known for its Bulldog pride. I selected this neighborhood as a place to one day raise my own family. This home is my first stepping stone to the Indianapolis area as I wait for my lease in Chicago to end before moving to Indy full time.

What makes this property unique

This is a 100 year old home with charm and character. This home is warm and full of life. It is a the perfect place to explore Indy and come home to a cozy abode after a long day.
