Fabulous location for walking to Market Square and Old City. We were able to see the fireworks from the baseball field from the condo! Our pup loved the dog park right across the street!

The location was great, being near downtown where there is a lot of shops, food, and activities. Location was easy to find and great parking. Inside it was not very clean, under couch cushions were dirty, counter tops were dusty, air vents had dirt and dust all around them. It did not mention all the stairs to walk up to living courters, which would not be good for elderly people. The air unit could not keep up with the heat and it was very hot in the upstairs room. There was also a leak in the kitchen ceiling that was not address when we mentioned to renters.

Terrible…..Many problems during this stay. First the ceiling was leaking in the kitchen over the main table, through the light fixture! The owner knew about it prior to our arrival because there were bowls on the table to catch some of the water. Despite telling them about the problem there was no effort made on their behalf to fix the issue. It continued to leak the entire stay. Lots of water. Even sloshed in the drawer under the table. We weren’t able to host a family get together we had planned and basically had to eat out most of the stay. Next, the place was not clean. There were beard shavings in BOTH master bathroom sinks and hair in 2 showers.The directions on how to locate the condo were very poor, listing it was above a restaurant but that restaurant was no longer in business/no signs even. Also no directions on where to take trash.The kids room TV didn’t work.Just do yourself a favor and avoid this one!
