My beloved and unique flat will inspire your stay in this wonderful city!

Enjoy your meals in the wonderfully Italian modern kitchen, a nice relaxing sleep in the rooms, facing the back garden!

You will feel at home and away at the same time - perfect for couples, small groups of friends or even business visitors. Everyone welcome!

The flat boosts amazing wooden floor throughout, it benefits of its own private entrance. Situated on a first floor, and thanks to the new double glazing windows, it's very quiet and peaceful.

The flat has a new Italian style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, food processor, etc. The bathroom is also quite new and has a bidet, woohoo!

It comes with wifi connection.

The flat is within walking distance to the famous Portobello Road market and Queen's Park which both have cute cafes, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, galleries, and farmers markets. The flat is 20 minutes to central London via underground and is about a 5 minute walk to Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines), about a 10 minute walk to Queen's Park Station (Bakerloo line), and has plenty of buses close by, including the night bus N18.

At Home feeling :)

I am so happy we found this beautiful flat for our trip to London. It was easy to get there and Fabiana was helping me so much, already before our trip, with all the questions I had. She really answered so fast every time I needed an advise - Fabiana, thank you so much for this! :) The flat has a very welcoming and warm atmosphere, I just felt at home when I arrived. Everything was very clean and there was just everything you need - I was really missing nothing. The beds are comfortable and it is a quiet place for sleeping. The streets around the flat are beautiful and calm, a good place to start from for visiting the town! I really liked the place a lot and would definitely stay there again for my next trip to London. I hope all the guests will treat Fabiana’s flat well as the floor and the furniture are really beautiful and delicate. Thank you for everything Fabiana!
