The home features a large living room with lots of space to gather with friends and family. You will feel right at home as you gather around the built in kitchen table or hangout rooftop to enjoy the mountain and ocean views. Rooftop table has seating for 6 to enjoy a sunset dinner.
The second story deck off the master bedroom offers adirondack chairs to sip and enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine.

For those with a boat a Mooring is available to reserve if you contact me at least one week before arrival and we can reserve your boat space in the harbor #44. You can relax and enjoy your vacation and not worry about being moved to another mooring each morning.
