Located on the channel in Old Forge 3 minutes from town. A 2 story home with living spaces and bedrooms on each level. First floor with great room offering a dining table for 8 plus bar seating, gas fireplace, living room area and a modern kitchen with all the right amenities. The master suite with king bed, guest shower bath, and a second bedroom also on the first floor. Great views of the grounds and lake complete the picture. Upstairs is a whole separate entertaining area with living room, pool table, plus 3 additional bedrooms. A separate wing for the inlaws or overflow area with a private balcony, bedroom, full shower bath, and office space is also on the second level. Outside the rooftop deck on the boathouse is a great place to sunbath, stargaze, have a bite to eat, or just relax. The convenience of being so close to town easily makes the ADK Channel House a sure winner!!
