2 bedroom monthly stay in Rancho Bernardo
Newly redone two bedroom condo in lovely community. Patio wraps around three sides. No one is above you, only one shared wall. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen. One bedroom has a desk and chair as well as a printer and shelves. All new bathroom fixtures. Hardwood and cork flooring. Central heat and air conditioning. Rents for 31 days or more.
I keep my clothes in a small dresser and half a small closet in the larger bedroom. There is a shed available on the patio for storage. The garage is not included in the rental. Parking is one car in front of the garage with no registration. There is 72 hour parking throughout the complex which must be (easily) registered each time you use it.

I live in Nashville but have family near the condo. I enjoy paddleboarding and music.
Why they chose this property
Great neighborhood to walk in. It is quiet and peaceful. It is within walking distance of a drug store/restaurant area and a bit longer walk to a grocery store. There is a large park nearby with walking trails in the canyon.
What makes this property unique
The wrap around patio gives lots of privacy and space so the condo can be used indoors and out easily. There is a passthrough window in the kitchen and the master bedroom also opens out onto the back patio. Outside the back gate is a green space.
