Nice one bedroom in River Park neighborhood. Can walk to river trails, close to Sacremento State and pretty much anything in Sacremento. We had a nice stay there and would happily stay again.

Charming ‘50’s bungalow. Spent one night: two adults, one dog. Only negative was the road noise. If you are a sensitive sleeper, this will not work for you. Otherwise, it was perfect!

There was some sort of mix up when we first arrived. The place was just a the last tenants left it... used bedding, used towels, dirty sinks, etc...I sent a message through VRBO messages and Allison was there in a flash. She was able to quickly get things back in order and had the place ready by the time we got back. The place is adorable, comfortable, and easy to access. The garage is small. We probably could have squeezed our Subaru Outback inside... but we didn't try. It would be better suited for smaller cars.

Great backyard for pet. There was a beautiful German shepherd there on my stay. Guardian of tje chickens. Screened in porch as barrier. So, as long as your pet is not the charging aggressive type you will enjoy the space.

When my friends and I drove up to the house it was kind of embarrassing. The grass was overgrown with weeds. Nothing trimmed or maintained. House was dark even with the lights on. Bedroom smelled like nothing had been washed. Sheets were very thin. Must have been the cheapest sheets they could find. Kitchen table made out of a pallet and wood still full of splinters. When I wrote for a late check out no one answered until I wrote again. A dark and dreary place. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The owner could make many improvements. I hope she does. It has potential, and is in a good location.

This place in a nice neighborhood close to the university. We enjoyed our stay. It is good for a short period of stay. It would be nice if a dish rack was provided considering the fact that there is no dishwasher.
