Casa Derrelle is located in the Circle Cross Ranch community in San Tan Valley, nestled between the San Tan Mountains to the south and the Superstition Mountains to the northeast. This neighborhood is close to shopping malls, parks and golf courses which provides a great place for families of all ages to vacation. In the center of the community is a large sports complex with lighted football fields, baseball fields, and basketball courts. You can enjoy a picnic at one of the many barbecue areas throughout the community, or play some volleyball at one of the sand volleyball courts. This 3100 sq. ft. open concept residence is designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. You will find a whole range of amenities that will create the perfect vacation.

This beautiful quiet community is approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and approximately 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. While you are away from the busy cities and traffic, you are less than 7 minutes from local shopping, and 10 minutes from major retail stores, and nearest shopping mall.

Casa Derrelle offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a private backyard with view fencing, a heated pebble tec pool, backing on to wash area with no neighbours directly behind, spacious eat in kitchen, beautifully landscaped, RV parking, fully furnished, ready for you to move in and enjoy your vacation.

The bright eat in kitchen with a center island has corian countertops and all the large and small appliances to make meal preparation simple. There is plenty of storage space in the pantry and all dishware, cookware, glassware and utensils are provided. If a more intimate dinner is what you prefer you will enjoy the formal dining room with a square dining table and seating for eight. Just off the kitchen we have a large laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.

The beautiful family room has 18’ ceilings, gas fireplace, 55” HDTV, large couch and love seat, and an easy boy chair. There is plenty of room for everyone. If you or your guest prefer to get interactive the 2nd floor loft has a 50” HDTV with a PlayStation 3 system and games, board games and plenty of seating. If anyone prefers some quiet time the cozy living room with large windows, love seat and chairs are ready for your enjoyment. This is the perfect place to curl up with your favourite book or read about beautiful Arizona from one of our table top history books.

Sleeping a maximum of 8 guests, our home offers you a private Master Bedroom with a king bed and 5 piece bath suite with a walk in closet. Your family or friends will enjoy 3 other guest rooms on the 2nd floor with queen size beds. There is a 4 piece hall bathroom for your guests convenience. The 5th bedroom is on the main floor and is set up as an office/info centre with a desk, computer, printer/copier and high-speed WIFI for everyone’s convenience. You will find many pamphlets and brochures that we hope will help you with planning your vacation activities. All guest rooms have ceiling fans, plenty of closet space, bedroom furniture and linens are new and provided as well as bath towels, and hair dryer.

In our front living room you will find a guest book that we would love you to date and sign, and leave your comments. You will also find an Activities Logbook with entries from previous guests outlining the highlights of their vacation. This is a very helpful resource as it details places that other guests have experienced.

The private backyard allows you to relax on the covered patio or swim in the heated Pebble Tec pool with the soothing sounds of the rock waterfall. (Optional Pool Heat fee of $175.00 per week would apply if requested). You can enjoy cooking on the propane BBQ and dine under the stars. Patio dining set, lawn chairs, pool umbrellas and beach towels are all provided.
