Comfortable and clean. Huge terrace with convenient seating. Spacious common areas. Property manager was super nice and informative. She made the stay even more comfortable and she really knew the surrounding areas. It was easy to get to and right by to a main road. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy. The bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

First impression & communication with the owner was perfect. Every question was answered by e-mail within a couple of hours. Our stay in the loft was excellent. It's a nice, clean, modern and spacious loft. Fully equiped kitchen, 2 toilets, spacious living room and nice terras. Airco worked perfect, the large shared swimming pool was nice and clean. We travelled by car and everything was reachable within 20 minutes, beach, city center, bio park (10min). The welcome by the house keeper was good, she was polite and on time. I would certainly recommend this loft and would book it again if we would return to Valencia!

La casa esta bastante bien, es comoda y esta todo nuevo, el edificio es tranquilo y la zona esta bien, aunque parece que la urbanización esta a medio construir.No está exactamente en Patraix,pero esta cerca del metro y el bus y tiene un C.Comercial muy cerca. A nosotros nos gustó el sitio. Cosa muy negativa: Si tu llegada es entre las 22 y 24 horas debes tener en cuenta que tiene un suplemento de 30€ si quieres recibir las llaves en la casa, si no quieres pagar pues tienes la otra opción que es atravesar la ciudad (en nuestro caso con niños y con maletas y una ciudad que no conociamos) y recoger las llaves en otra casa,cosa que me parece una estafa porque el edificio tiene conserje las 24 horas y nos comentó que otras viviendas le han dejado las llaves cuando los inquilinos llegan de noche. El taxi para llegar a esa casa desde el aeropuerto para recoger las llevas nos costaba 20 y pico euros ,asi que optamos por pagar los 30€ para que nos entregaran las llaves en la casa que alquilamos,que ademas seria lo logico que lo hicieran así y sin cargo adicional ya que yo he pagado por alojarme en esa casa y necesito las llaves para poder entrar, podrían tener un cajetin de llaves con código también, pero claro ganarían 30€ menos... Y como sugerencia añado que tienen unas mantitas muy finas y la casa es fria, la calefaccion no llega bien a la parte baja de la casa, hace falta unas mantas en condiciones o una estufita en la planta baja.

En normas alojamiento en el sitio web Vrbo y en la carta de bienvenida del propietario es escrito, que: Durante el período de 22:00 a 24:00, debe obtener las llaves de la dirección en Valencia indicada por el ama de llaves, o es el tema a acordar con el ama de llaves. El huésped tiene derecho a elegir antes de reservar si esta opción de reserva le conviene. Esto se debe a que en Valencia es difícil utilizar el transporte público después de las 22.00 horas. La vivienda tiene un aire acondicionado para calentar y enfriar la habitación, ¡puedes usarlo de manera segura para evitar la congelación! ¡Bienvenido!

Super appartement très propre avec la piscine a disposition tout le temps, personnels et propriétaires au petit soins . Vacance parfaite centre commerciale a 4 minutes a pieds seul petit bémol le métro a 20 minutes a pieds mais ça permet de visiter les environs. Je vous conseil fortement cette location .

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolles Loft mit super Ausstattung. Küche, Pool, Terrasse... alles wunderbar. Direkt neben der Wohnanlage ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem Supermarkt. In die City sind es nur 20min., somit waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Valencia sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief wunderbar. Check-In und Check-Out mit nettem Smalltalk ohne Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder (auch unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen)! Liebe Grüße aus Berlin nach Valencia

I don't recommend this Loft.

The apartment is far away from restaurants, in that area nothing to do. Bed sheets dirty and a bad smell coming from the bathrooms, dust all over. Poor service. Next time I will choose a apartment close to the centre of Valencia.
