About this property

Amazing Views Of The Ocean From Every Room! Updated in 2025!!

Due to the ingenious floor plan and wall-of-windows in this unit, there is hardly a spot in the entire condo that does not have a perfect view of the Gulf. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths with walk-in showers, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining area. Seachase condos are located in the less-populated west end of Panama City Beach allowing you and your family plenty of space on the beach to build that perfect sand castle in the sugar white sand. If you are looking for a break from swimming with the friendly fish, Pier Park is 1.5 miles away and offers more shopping, eating, and fun than anyone could ever need in one location.

The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The living and dining areas have new comfy furniture. The updated kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies (dishes, glassware, utensils, dish towels, and pots and pans) so you can skip dressing up to go out for dinner if you’d like. The balcony offers additional seating (and napping) areas where you can enjoy breakfast or watch the dolphins play in the ocean.

There’s a ton of family-friendly venues in the area. Some of our favorites are: St. Andrew’s State Park where you can visit with the friendly raccoons; Shipwreck Island where you can slip and slide down tons of water rides, or just chill out in the lazy river; Gulf World Marine Park where you can get photos of you and the family with the aquatic stars of the shows; the Sports Complex and Aquatic Center at Frank Brown Park where you can play a little soccer, take the kids to the playground, or play in the aquatic park.

The renovations made to the condo include: walk-showers, new carpet, updated lighting, crown molding, fresh paint, kitchen backsplash, and updated ceilings. The condo is as comfy as home with the benefits of a fabulous ocean view.

The condo at Seachase in Panama City Beach is one of our family’s favorite places to go. I know that you and your family will enjoy your stay and make wonderful memories during a vacation well-spent on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location was perfect, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while listening to the waves and watching the sunset in the evenings.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO in Panama City Beach! The best part by far was the breathtaking view—waking up and having coffee on the balcony each morning was pure magic. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable, and the whole place was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy meals together. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—we’ll definitely be back!

Our family of six stayed for a week and had the BEST time at this beautiful condo. The views are truly incredible. Every room has HUGE windows and doors that slide open so you can hear the waves. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were nicely updated. The condo was super clean when we arrived and check-in was easy peasy. The resort also recently replaced the pool deck and chairs which was a nice upgrade. The location is really great too- we could easily walk to shops, ice cream, and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back!

The condo was everything it said it was. The only thing was we did have a bigger van and it was hard to park it. Not all the smaller vehicles parked under the building. But we managed. It was a great view and very clean and close to lots of things. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Taller vehicles do need the outside spots for parking. I’ll start reminding our guests to park under the building if their car fits :). The condo added signs in the parking lot suggesting that as well, but I don’t think the smaller cars realize the big guys struggle to park under the building. I am glad you enjoyed everything else!

This place was awesome.It was very quiet.It had a great views of the ocean. We did not get in the pool because it was kind of cold during our stay but it looked nice and clean. Myself and a friend travel together often, and this place was one of our favorites so far. We'll be will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Getaway

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and very spacious and there was never a wait for the elevators. We also loved that it was on the quiet side of PCB. Hopefully we will get to stay here again.

The entire family fell in love with this condo the first time they rented a unit in 1986. A few summers later, they decided it was time to purchase a unit of their own. They have spent every summer at the beach since.
