The location of this apartment is great, very close to Balboa Park and any amenities one may need. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The kitchen had just about all one may need for cooking. The apartment itself is very close to being fully accessible for anyone with mobility needs. The apartment is accessible via elevator. The shower is walk-in with no rim, even, to step over, but there was no grab bar in the shower and there was no non-slip shower mat. The lights in the bathroom automatically turn off after a couple minutes, even when you are in the shower. That was a bit annoying. My biggest frustration, though, was that the listing advertises EV charging, but the EV charging stations don't work. I chose this place over another one specifically so that I wouldn't have to research where to charge our car before driving back to LA, so it was very frustrating when that was not possible.
