The property was clean and nice we enjoyed our stay. However if you only have 3 bedrooms Don’t advertise it as 4..and then explain later that one of the bedrooms is a pullout couch in a 2nd Living room..their wasn’t the privacy or comfort that an actual bedroom would provide. The only other complaint was the price per night..while we stayed at the property the owner was advertising it for less that HALF of what we paid per night which is closer to the fair market value of the property…It just makes you feel like a sucker for paying so much. Like I said the property was good and clean. Just disappointed with my transaction.

Thank you for choosing our home for your spring break stay and we did check and the listing has the home as a 3 bedroom with a second living area with a sofa bed, I'm not sure where the discrepancy was, but we are sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion as to the number of bedrooms. As for the pricing, your reservation was during the peak spring season which is the highest rate per night in the entire year. Our pricing is dynamic and adjusts for the market and demand, hence our pricing for other months is less due to market demand and competitor pricing. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the beautiful area around Venice, FL.
