Our stay was amazing. The location is perfect for walking to everything and with the gorgeous lake view. The house is fully stocked, spacious and clean. Jo Ellen is a great host and was easy to communicate with and she made sure we enjoyed our weekend.

Our family recently enjoyed wonderful weekend at JoEllen's great Back Pond Cottage. We especially appreciate the great room where the ten of us can all gather in the evenings for dinner, games and reliving the adventures of the day. Other desirable features are the walk-to-town location, the thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and the deck and backyard spaces. The flowers and outdoor decor made us feel welcomed as guests. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Back Pond Cottage is a beautiful home and has a great location. It has a view of the lake, comfortably serves 10 people, a block away from downtown and marina, and a wonderful decor. The owner Jo Ellen does a great job of managing the property, very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this home!Gary and Margie

The host is first class. The cottage grounds just beautiful and flowers enjoyed! The cottage itself is charming and Green Lake walkable. Rented a Tri-toon boat and the lake is spectacular. Enjoyed both the inside and outside amities. We hope to come next year.

This house was absolutely darling and so charming! Lots of room, great views, wonderful patios, lots of seating, convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. It had everything we needed! We absolutely loved it!

Nicely decorated, well provisioned. Several nice areas for enjoying the outdoors - wrap around deck plus another seating area by the garage. Super convenient to restaurants, shops, water activities.

A Perfect Retreat and Family Place

We so enjoyed our time there. We have a couple special needs people as well as older adults and there were spaces for everyone to connect and spaces to go for small groups and spaces to be alone, as well as the wonderful area activities around Green Lake.

Perfect Spot For a Golf Trip

Third year in a row we've stayed here. Love the proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants and bars. Jo Ellen is fantastic to work with. Can't recommend this spot enough!
