Upscale Oceanfront Condo Steps From The Seashell Stage

This new upscale condo with beautiful ocean views and private balcony has easy access from major roadways to the off street gated parking (1 vehicle), no need to drive the busy boulevard.

View spectacular sunrises and local fireworks display from your private balcony. Located on the quiet end of boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. There is a view of the sea shell stage which is a 4 minute walk. Directly across the one way street to the beach, this second floor unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a true queen size platform sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress as used in Disney World Resorts. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, nutri-bullet, air fryer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc.

There is a 55" 4K Samsung TV in the living room with Blu-ray/DVD player, 2.1 channel sound bar, Cable and Wifi. Play your own music through the blue tooth enabled sound bar, or connect with a 3.5mm cable. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

All linens and towels are provided. The unit is easily accessible by secure, coded elevator.

This was our 13th experience with a rental property and by far the smoothest! Steve and Bonny met us at the property, helped bring our stuff in, and provided a personal walk through to assist with any questions. The property was immaculate! Additionally, it has most everything you might need for your stay. People watching is always entertaining, but Wednesday is fireworks night and the view from the balcony is spectacular!

By far one of our favorite places to stay. The moment you walk in your eye is drawn right out the big window to the surf. Steve and Bonnie are wonderful hosts. The condo is immaculate with everything you need. Every year we find great new places minutes away, but no traveling required because there's so much with in walking distance. Absolutely deserves the 5 star rating.

Incredibly comfortable condo with all the extras. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we may have needed. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and resonsive. The deck was perfect for sunrise and after beach relaxing and people watching. Our stay was perfect and we look forward to next year.
