This premium executive home has everything you need for a relaxing time by the pool/beach. The home is perfect for two to three families or a group. The two storey home has 5 spacious bedrooms - three with en-suites, four bathrooms in total , a powder room and two separate living areas.

Take your pick of things to do – read a book on the comfy couches downstairs or in the upstairs leisure area, play a board game, sit back and watch free Netflix, enjoy the stunning outdoor alfresco and pool area facilities or go for a cycle ride with the four free cycles supplied.

Our holiday home is located in a quiet area of Cowes, 2min walk to a reserve with children's playground and park area. A 1km straight walk to the beach and a short 15 minute walk to the heart of Cowes, where there is an abundance of delicious cafes, restaurants and shops. Known for the Grand Prix track and penguin parades, but there are so many interesting and varied things to do:- Surfing, fishing and swimming beaches, markets, scenic flights, the Nobbies center, cafés and shops, boat cruises and cycling tracks.

Beautiful House

Wonderful property with great space for a group of guests. The house was extremely clean, worn amazing amenities. Location was lovely. Anton was great at communicating and even setup a gazebo for us due to the warm weather.

Great family home

We had grandparents, adults and teens here for Christmas Week. Absolutely perfect property. Pool is warm and inviting. Kitchen well appointed for group meals. Lots of bathrooms for everyone.

Great house for multiple families!

We had a great time here. Pool was amazing! It was solar heated and really pleasant to be in. With many bathrooms the house is great for multiple families, we were 6 adults and 4 children. Would highly recommend staying here.

Schoolies trip

Such a gorgeous property with so much space. We had a large group and all fit perfectly and didn’t feel crowded. Came with all supplies we needed and was a perfection place for our schoolies trip. In good location, there is a fair walk to the main strip but bikes supplied at the house were helpful. Very clean when we got there. Would definitely recommend

Great Break Away

The house had everything we needed for a long awaited holiday. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and a great yard for the kids to play in. The weather wasn’t so great but we still managed to make use of the pool. Anton was very accommodating with a change of dates. Would highly recommend this house for a large family group and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay, 5 couples stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Everything we required for a great holiday was supplied by Anton, he was easy to communicate with, very helpful with any request. The pool was wonderful, very comfortable living areas, indoor and outdoor, plenty of room throughout the house. As we were 5 couples, the only issue we had was the fifth bedroom , it was fitted with a single bed and bunk suited for children, however this was not a major problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for two families

Booking was quick and easy. The house was fantastic, everything we needed was there. We loved the fact that wifi was included, Netflix included, nice big TV, basics were there in the pantry, oil, salt and pepper etc. cling wrap and Alf oil, paper towel etc. plenty of drinking glasses of a decent size, good size mugs, plenty of crockery for everyone. A nice big pot for lots of pasta and a good sharp knife. Sounds basic but that sort of stuff makes for a fuss free stay. It was a bit out of town and the road is quite busy but the house made up for it. Loved the pool too! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Anton!

Nice but needs detail

The property itself was good however it was quite dusty and not cleaned thoroughly. The two split system heaters weren’t enough to heat, especially the rooms.

McKenzie Cowes

Comfortable accommodation. A little far from the main street especially if walking with young children. Pool not so clean and a little green, despite checking before booking and was assured it would be clean. Beach a short walk away but it was not the main beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious, well appointed and well maintained. Everything was very clean and the pool was immaculate. It’s a nice easy stroll into Cowes, too.

Excellent Stay

Property was suitable for our 11 guests and location was a short walk to the Main Street of Cowes. Everything was amazing however we were unable to use the pool for the first couple of days as it was green and unswimmable. Overall it was a fantastic home and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks Anton
