Welcome to The Villa On The Lake- Where Peace is Found. Escape the business of life at this Central Florida Lake house on 80 acres with green pastures full of grazing cows, fresh air, sandy beachfront and adventure. Unplug & unwind on the beachfront, floating dock, or picnic in the open field. Enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, john boat, fishing, swimming and nature walks await. Make sure to watch the sunrise on the deck with your favorite coffee. Fiber optic fast WiFi.
The space
The property has a spacious deck overlooking the lake for incredible sunrises. The home is a 3/2 Tiny Home. 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a futon in the middle room. The house can sleep 6 total. Pets allowed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the beachfront, dock, floating dock, John boat, paddle board and hiking trails. Beachfront and dock are a shared space if the unit next door is rented.

Note-Pool Heating Fee: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $99 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please notify us a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to arrange heating.

If you are bringing pets with you there will be a Pet Fee of $150 per pet, per stay.

If you are wanting to host an event at the home there will be additional fees and a quote will be provided to you once all the information on the event has been provided to us. If there is any additional guests after the booking guest count this qualifies as an event. Please message us to get prior approval for additional guests. Event Fee minimum is $350 per day.
