Perfect for 14 people!
We have available a barbecue, hot tub, game room and many other amenities for your vacation. There are 6 spacious beds and very comfortable rooms, with a living room accommodating 1 more couple.
And if you're traveling with a baby, we have a crib and highchair available for you. I charge a symbolic fee of $ 20 each for using these items for the entire period of the stay.

Located in an area of the Solterra Resort, where works of new homes have already ended. This makes us a slightly quieter place than other areas.

We have 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms...
In the ground floor of the house you will have at your disposal:
- dining room
- full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, utensils, fridge, coffee machine, toaster ...) A large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including counters, microwaves, dishwashers and granite counters and yet all part of household utensils.
- family room: TV room with 70 "cable TV
- poker table
- garage games room (ping pong, basketball table and foosball)
- BEDROOM 1 : king master bedroom, two closets and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bath separate from shower
- 1 half bathroom as toilet ( closer to the dinner room)
- 1 full bathroom for bath (only has no tub in this bathroom) / closer to family room
- backyard with pool and jacuzzi, equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Our outer space is very large. The pool has a place for you to sit inside if you wish. And still has a hot tub, quite comfortable.
The outdoor furniture gives comfort to your rest days in the house and the barbecue is at your disposal at no extra charge for using it. We only ask to have it cleaned after use, otherwise it may be charged $25 the cleaning fee.

On the TOP FLOOR of the house, we offer you 5 bedrooms and 1 living room. Details:

- BEDROOM 3: king bed with 43 'cable tv and wifi
- BEDROOM 4: queen bed with 43 'Cable TV and wifi

- 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub ( next to the bedrooms 3 and 4)
- 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub (in conjunction with bedrooms 5 and 6)
- 1 65 'cable TV room with a comfortable queen sofa bed.

We provide all the bed and bath trousseau (except for pool) and we provide some shampoo kits and toilet paper for the moment of your arrival.

Heated pool :Pool can be heated for $35/day ( 3 day minimum). It takes 12 hours for the pool to be fully heated and, external weather may interfere with system operation. If the outside temperature does not allow the ideal water temperature for you and the system is in perfect working order ... we do not reverse the value. Only chargeback when the technician checks the system problem.
